Returns must be received by us within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer returns for printing errors caused by the client, but we will process new bands for a discounted price. If there was an error caused by in the personalization process, we will replace your bands free of charge.

Fill out the form on this page. Once approved, we will provide you with a return label to ship the item(s) back to us along with a return form via email. Include a copy of the return form with your item and use the label to return the item to us. We will e-mail you as soon as we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 1-3 business days of us receiving your return. Standard processing time is 2-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
