Returns must be received by us within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer returns for printing errors caused by the client, but we will process new bands for a discounted price. If there was an error caused by Personalcigarbands.com in the personalization process, we will replace your bands free of charge.<\/p>\n

Fill out the form on this page. Once approved, we will provide you with a return label to ship the item(s) back to us along with a return form via email. Include a copy of the return form with your item and use the label to return the item to us. We will e-mail you as soon as we\u2019ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 1-3 business days of us receiving your return.
